Strengths: You get that oven crispiness in less time, easy to use, and takes up less space than a separate toaster oven and microwave. Doesn't get really hot on the outside.
Weaknesses: Can burn the bottoms of food very easily, ... just need to rotate more often. Limited cooking temps, but it has the main ones.
Summary: I'm going to get one of those flexible non-stick pads and trim it to the provided pan and see if that helps minimize burning of the bottom of the food (In case I forget to flip earlier).
