Summary: too bad there isn't less than one star to rate this product. this was my first time using the 1-day or night. i was in a hurry to treat my recurring yeast infection and thought that i would try to solve it quickly, since i have never had a problem with OTC in the past. the 1-day or night insert reads the "effects of using this product may be mild itching and burning", a DRASTIC understatement.

i had a severe hell-raising, needle-point sticking, sleep-interrupting, product-dripping, itch-on-the-inside-that-you just-cant-scratch experience with monistat-- and i will NEVER EVER use this product again. simply put, it was painful and i wish i never bought it.

save yourself the drama! purchase a seven day course of treatment.

Unless you LIKE torture

Strengths: Too strong. Its like a chemical peel to the inside of your vagina.

Weaknesses: No one on earth can take the pain. We are all too weak to have our vagina napalmed.

Summary: Ladies, PLEASE don't take this product. It burns like a version of napalm and lye mixed together and put on your vagina after being scratched with an alcohol razor. I am not understating this pain! Please try some natural remedies like plain yogurt, bolstering your immune system with vitamin c and garlic, warm sitz baths, peeing after sex and using Avanti durex condoms. That's my advice. I think some of these recurring yeast infections come from using soap and an allergic reaction to latex.
