one of pixle is dead.talk to sharp people on the phone to go to service center, drop off 2nd later told me to pick up the unit because this is normal for sharp LCD T.V.
Brand new unit with one dead pixel is normal to sharp company.
I will never buy sharp product ever, never.
like I said what you paid for what you get .
