Strengths: Low price, great picture quality after calibration, easy-to-explore menu, 2 HDMI ports, ATSC tuner, cool remote, many options, PERFECT for gaming.
Weaknesses: Power button on top of panel, shiny frame gets annoying, a few analog channels don't work well, inputs are oddly positioned, analog channel changing is SLOW.
Summary: Bought it today at Future Shop, and so far I'm real impressed. The price was lower than the Samsung LN-32A450 and Sony KDL-32L4000, and pretty much matched their picture qualitys. The menu is real easy to get used to and the remote was too. The HDMI ports are helpful for me since I have a 360 (which BTW looks AWESOME on the LCD), and the ATSC tuner allowed me to get some digital channels I didn't even know about. You have to calibrate first though cause the manufacturer's default settings aren't ideal.
On the down side, channel surfing is SLOW with analog cable. Also, if you are hanging the LCD, or storing it on a high shelf, don't lose the remote because the power button is wayyy on top of the panel. The inputs are weirdly positioned because the HDMI inputs are on one side, the coaxial cable on the other, the composite inputs are spread out in 2 lines, and that makes it confusing at times. Also, two of my local channels don't have the best quality I would normally have with a SDTV. And lastly, the frame is shiny and can get REAL distracting when in front of light.
Other than those minor issues, Toshiba made a real good bargain for the quality, and I would definitely recommend this to anyone looking for a 32" Flat Panel.
