 Pretty good for the price Strengths: Ipod dock, divx, 9" screen
Weaknesses: Audio and video quality not so great, improper back stand placement
Summary: I bought this product from circuit city just to try it out. It was packaged well and came with many accessories for different types of Ipods. The unit is sleek in design. It loads dvds fast. The only problem is that the audio and video quality is horrible. I had seen other portable dvd players' video qualities and compared to them this was very low. The only reason I bought this unit was so that I can watch my ipod videos on a bigger screen when I am traveling. But the screen has thin, horizontal lines all over the screen when you sit too close to the unit. On other units I tried the horizontal lines were NOT as clear as on this one. They were quite annoying to me. This unit does have a stand at the back but it can only be placed on a flat surface. You CANNOT put the portable dvd player on your lap and make it stay there untouched. Even though this unit has many functions such as Divx and Ipod playback, it is not quite the right unit for me due to its audio/video quality and improper back stand placement.
