 Shortly after I purchased this thing, the skip-bac ... Strengths: It plays CDs/MP3s. The headphones were better than most headphones that come with such devices. The line out was a straight signal, which I liked.
Weaknesses: No ID3 tag display. No backlighting. Almost continuous malfunction of the skip-back and stop buttons. The anti-skip doesn't work on MP3 discs.
Summary: Shortly after I purchased this thing, the skip-back and stop buttons began to malfunction. One or the other would perform the other's function. That I could live with, but what killed me was that the skip protection failed entirely while using MP3 discs. When I discovered this I was in a training program that had me jogging for 2+ hours at a time, so it was a pain to have to change discs in the middle. I accidentally dropped it this morning; I'm looking for something else entirely to replace it.
