This Panasonic is the best by far, mainly because other callers can clearly hear my voice via the microphone wand. I also appreciate the convenience of the volume control and mute button. You have the option of either hanging the earpiece over the back of your ear or you can connect it to the headband. You can control the volume and even mute the mic from the remote. Weaknesses: The headset could have been made a little more sturdy. Summary: This is my second Panasonic headset and I've been pleased with both of them. My first one gave out after about five years, the headband snapped in half. I'm always using my headset when I'm on the phone with customer support. Its great for those times when you've been put on hold for like 30 mins and don't have the phone stuck to the side of your head with, with a neck cramp. Weaknesses: So far it has worked perfect for me. Haven't noticed any weakness. Summary: I love this headset. It works great with practicall any phone.
