Strengths: good size, lightweight, rechargeable battery, easy drag and drop file transfer, easy to use player good price
Weaknesses: control stick is a little clumsy needs a delicate touch, small fingers helps.
Summary: when transferring files an error message says disk is full you need to make another folder to fit all your songs, doesn't tell you that in the instruction book other than that I haven't had any problems..

Strengths: MP3 or WMA formats, large capacity, great price
Weaknesses: menu navigation isn't that great. no ability to use standard batteries.
Summary: This unit is so much better than my old mp3 player that it's hard to compare. No special software is needed - you can rip with Windows Media Player, and transfer the files with the included USB cable and Windows Explorer.

2 Star ReviewI bought one a while back when they had the $30 re ...
Strengths: small, light, easy click-and-drag file feature
Weaknesses: user interface, no last-song memory, hassle to create playlist, "random" shuffles songs in same order every time
Summary: I bought one a while back when they had the $30 rebate. And after using it for a few days, sold it on eBay. While it's a nice little player, with good audio quality output, the features (or lack thereof) really annoyed me.

While trying to create my own playlist after uploading some mp3s, I found that I could only place a limited amount of songs within this playlist (limit was 25 or so). Also, when trying to play songs under "random" I was disappointed by the fact that "random" puts songs in the same order everytime I use the feature. Very annoying. To add to the frustration, this player didn't remember the last song that I played. It went to the beginning of the list everytime I turned it on.

Random isn't really random. I have to skip through songs because it defaults to the beginning every time. Playlist is limited. ...it just wasn't worth it for me to keep this player when there are other players out there with the same features for the same price.

Strengths: Very small and compact. Large playing memory for the price. Long battery life. I have only used it at work and in the car, but it holds up very well under those circumstances.
Weaknesses: It works just as well as any other mp3 player I've used, but the menu system takes some getting used to. The IPOD is more user-friendly. Database must be updated after uploading music.
Summary: For the money($65 after rebates), I really like this player. Overall, it seems to be a very good machine. Yes, others have a larger hard-drive. Yes, others have a more friendly user-interface, but all in all I've been very happy with my purchase. I would recommend it to anyone who can get it for $100 or less. Paying much more than that, and I would just go with an IPOD or a Dell Jukebox, etc. Price is the issue, not quality.

Strengths: Small size, economical compared to other brand name players
Weaknesses: harddrive tends to skip once in a while (excersize)
Summary: Pretty satisfied by the quality of the music and the multifunctionality of the player can be used to store data and other files. The interface is okay and the built is impressive.
