Strengths: Looks nice.
Weaknesses: Poor overall quality. Poor customer service.
Summary: I would NOT recommend this to anyone. My Whirlpool GT4175SPS worked for just short of two (2) years. Now the timer works, the lights work and the carousel turns round and round, but the food or drink do not heat up. After mine broke down I did a web search and found numerous complaints with the same problem on the Whirlpool GT4175SPS with less than two (2) years of usage. Stay away from this product!!
