Weaknesses: It neither washes nor rinses and knots clothes badly, sometimes ripping them. Maytag corporate folks are surly, not always as forthright as you would hope. Summary: They bought it back, but not the matching dryer. It was a difficult experience that still could lead to litigation. No more Maytag, Amana or Jenn-Air products in this household.
