Summary: DCM500 is a great product from a reliable brand. The size is just right for my home usage. It has a hot plate which keeps the coffee warm after brewing. The coffee filter tray is removable which makes it very easy to clean. The carafe is made of durable glass. It fits nicely on a corner table, does not look odd like many bigger coffee makers. I will suggest this product to all those who want a personal coffee maker for a small family or for office use.

Nice for my desk

Strengths: Compact size, removable filter compartment for easy cleaning, sleek design, hot plate to keep coffee warm, Brand

Summary: I wanted a coffee maker and water heater for my desk so that I can brew coffee easily. I needed a coffee maker with a compact design and this DCM 500 model is exactly what I wanted. It looks stylish, has a removable filter compartment which makes cleaning a breeze. It also has a water shower (and not just a simple hose for water flow) which ensures an even flow of water. It makes 5 cups of coffee so not for someone who is looking for a big family. Good enough for small office or personal use or at home.

The build of the product looks good, and has a translucent view for the water reservoir so that you can see the water level when pouring or otherwise. The carafe is also nice and sleek and looks sturdy.

I am happy with this product and would recommend to anyone who is looking for a small personal coffee maker.

small and work

Strengths: small, reliable brand

Weaknesses: no timer

Summary: I have a 12-cup coffee maker (free gift), but it\'s too big. Also I like fresh-made coffee. So I bought this cute 5-cup one. Work fine and save space. No Timer may be a problem for someone but not for me. Very nice for one person.
