Weaknesses: - DVD installation manual of no use. very lame instructions
- Tilt screws are very very hard to manage once TV is wall mounted. Not recommended if you are going to use for day-to-day tilt changes
Summary: This is my first tv wall mounting kit and the best thing is i got it very cheap on 6ave (under 60$ - which is 1/4 the original price). Was amazed with the product quality, instructions and assembly kit(screws,lagbolts etc) provided. TV mounting is a 2 step process.
1) Place the monitor arms on back of the TV - The monitor arms provided are very flexible and would fit with most tvs and it also comes with extended plates. With My TV, i had no need to use those extended plates
2) Locate the studs on the wall and place the wallmounting plate on wall. Very easy to do. The hardest thing here is to make sure know exactly where you want to drill the holes.
Overall less than an hour job. But would recommend atleast 3 people to wall mount if its a huge TV (2 for holding TV, one for securing the wires properly just before wallmounting)
