Strengths: Everything on this thing is great. Perfect size, features, and performance. No need to buy much more than a battery.
Weaknesses: None, except price drop right after I bought it. A fire wire [ 1394 cable] would also be a nice item in box.
Summary: Love this camera, great video, great stills. Great hook-ups, many opptions for recording, oh yeah, fantastic night shooting. Good job Sony on this camcorder!! Hope the life of this camera is as strong as is its performance is.

Strengths: Excellent design. Great quality video and stills. Easy to use, feels good, luv the touch screen. Compact package.
Weaknesses: Battery life (as usual)is never enough. Need to have a spare. A litle pricey, but worth it.
Summary: Overall great fun to use and gives sharp video and still pics. Really cool camera! Fits nicely in hand but not too small. View finder with touch screen on the back is way better than on the side. Great desing.
