Strengths: Interfaces directly with 3.5mm jacks on audio players and vehicles
Weaknesses: None
Summary: There isn't much to say other than this little device does exactly what it's supposed to do. After purchasing a new iPod adapter/car charger, I noticed some high-pitch ground loop interference when the car's engine was running. The only ground loop isolators I could find at local retailers had large RCA plugs designed for home audio equipment, so I was thrilled to find the PAC SNI-1/3.5, which has the 3.5mm connectors common to iPods and the auxiliary jacks found on most late model cars. This device completely eliminated all of the interference I was hearing, and it was far less expensive than purchasing a stereo-RCA version and the 3.5mm adapters to go with it. I highly recommend this device.
