Strengths: Size, Looks, Power Handling, Ice Blue Display Screen
Weaknesses: Weight (5kg), Only a speaker terminal for one sub woofer, meaning cramped if running 2 subs
Summary: After owning a Directed Audio 1500d mono block, rated at 1500w, claimed peak of 2400w (which was stolen, evil world), through insurance they offered me the Alpine amp as a replacement. Although that I knew that 14.4v isn't easily achieved with standard car parts, I had no other choice but to except their offer as there was no alternative. I installed the amp with Crunch 4awg, 1.0 f Autoleads power cap, and a Rockford P2 12" 200w sub. Speechless. One good amp! If you have the money and have a decent subwoofer (preferably an Alpine 12" Type X !!),I'd recommend this amp to anyone. Small, Slick and gets peoples jaw dropping.
