1 Star ReviewNot worth the trouble
Strengths: Fairly zippy, good heat dissipation
Weaknesses: 1 dead module in a package of 2, going through return hell
Summary: Corsair came highly rated from such sources as ExtremeTech.com, so we gave them a try. This kit arrives with one dead module... nothing we do will cause it to work. Obtained an RMA from Corsair, and shipped both modules back. Just learned they will only be shipping 2 GB kit instead of 4 GB kit, starting the whole process all over.

Strengths: Price to performance
Weaknesses: None
Summary:

Price to performance on these modules was my main purchase point, second was the name. I had read that Corsair changed the module manufacturer, which is why the price was lower, but the performance change was minimal. Because these DIMMs were going into a HTPC, I wanted at least 4GB. My experience from 2GB to 4 GB in the Vista platform was huge. I have noticed that in idle, I was using roughly 50% of my memory. In COH, it was 98%! Doubling the RAM resulted in half that. Besides those features, photo and video editing was so much easier and faster.

Strengths: Fast, Stable, Good looking, Comes with a 3 Fan Module to keep the RAM cool, Lifetime Warranty
Weaknesses: The RAM has a larger footprint with the heat spreaders, Fan Module may not fit in all cases
Summary: I just upgraded my machine and purchased 2 sticks of this memory. I installed the memory and the fans and have had no problems so far. I had no trouble fitting the 3 Fan Module onto my motherboard even though the processor is right next to it. I've had no heat problems and am really happy with this RAM. I'll probably buy another 2 stick sometime soon. With the Lifetime warranty, you really can't go wrong.

Strengths: Lifetime warranty + great performance
Weaknesses: N/A
Summary: No issues with the fan height - easily fit within my Antec Sonata II case. Ram runs good and cool at rated timings/volts. Abit IP35 mb has no issues with these modules. Luckily I waited for these to drop in price. Can't believe I got them for less than what I paid for my first 2gb ddr2 kit:-) I highly recommend.

Strengths: Good heatsink/fan system, 1066Mhz, 4GB, Good brand
Weaknesses: Need a 64 bit OS to take full advantage of it, pricier than other comparable memory.
Summary: I bought this memory primarily for the heatsink and fan, and the fact that it was made by Corsair, one of the best memory manufacturers. After I put a fan on the memory in my old computer, it greatly increased my ability to overclock. When building a new PC I wanted a memory fan, and buying them together was a better deal then buying them separately. I've been running them at the rated speed and they've been rock solid, I will try overclocking them next.

Strengths: Fast, cool looking, ,comes with extra fans
Weaknesses: Don't need to use the extra fans in my system
Summary: I got two sticks of these rams for my new built. These babies are fast and running stable without a problem. They are a bit taller than your usual RAMS due to their design. Also the fans that came with these RAMS are useless for me since my case is a SFF case so there is no room to install the fans nor do I need to. Overall, I think these RAMS are great and they're from a very reputable brand. They comes with a lifetime warranty from Corsair. So if you need some fast, stable and cool looking RAMS, i'd highly recommend these.
