Strengths: light handset, good voice quality, easy setup, intercom, conferencing
Weaknesses: directory entries not transferable to remaining handsets, antenna too long
Summary: I have purchased this two handset phone to use it with VoIP service. Priced right for the feature set, I'd buy it again. Major disappointment was lack of directory entries transfer to other handsets - once you are done on one, you have to re-key tham on the second, third if you have three. No interference with my home wireless computer network. Speakerphone works well.

Strengths: Like the intercom feature.
Weaknesses: Other than overall price of entire system, no weaknesses found, yet.
Summary: The intercom feature is nice; beats "yelling" at the kids; kids can find "call" me in the garden. Pricey system overall, but so far I feel it's worth the cost. May have a different opinion after I use it for a month or so.

Strengths: very easy to install with the base unit.
Weaknesses: none
Summary: I am very pleased with this phone.I was worried about the range of the unit, but I can be at the neighbors and still use it. I would recomend this phone system to any one who is looking to buy a expandable phone system. This system does everything it says it can do. It is very easy to set up and use.

Strengths: Very easy to add on to the existing system, also really like that there is a speakerphone on the handset. Very user friendly.
Weaknesses: Haven't found any.
Summary: I would highly recommend this product--sometimes I am mechanically/technologically challenged, and I had no difficulty adding this extension to the system (which I recently obtained); the clarity is excellent, and the fact that you don't need a telephone jack also adds to the appeal of this product.

Strengths: flexibility of use
Weaknesses: big expense
Summary: After the shock of the initial expense (initial base plus 2 extra handsets), I fell in love with the convenience of having hand sets in several rooms. When I go outside, I take a hand set and my family can still contact me.

Strengths: Great Phone. Just purchase an additional unit to expand the system to three phones. Clear and powerful.
Weaknesses: Volume on the earpiece should be higher, but not the end of the world.
Summary: 2003-12-23 08:41:24 The best cordless phone I have owned. In recent years I find myself buying more and more Panasonic products. They truly deliver what they claim. Whether it's a phone, VCR, DVD Player or digital camera, I have not been disappointed with their products.

Strengths: Quick install and connected to existing base unit very easily. Works as advertised by Panasonic.
Weaknesses: Cannot purchase with base unit in stores. Long initial charge period (15 hours).
Summary: When the unit was received, took unit from the box but could not use because battery was dead. Had to charge for about 4 hours until I could add it to my base unit. Adding to base unit was very simple, with instruction right on the handset!! Took all of about 2 minutes to make operational. This expanision unit is an exact match to the Panasonic base unit and extension that I originally purchased. Very clear reception! Can talk between handsets without using phone line.
