Strengths: Comfortable, connects easily, good sound.
Weaknesses: The hook is a little loose sometimes.
Summary: This is my first bluetooth headset. Have used it for about a week now, and it sounds great and orks flawlessly. Love how easy it connects with my phone by just flipping the mic. I don't have any other headset to compare to, but this really is a great headset.

Strengths: I don't have to recharge the better that often.
Weaknesses: Sometimes the reception isn't that great. Sometime it takes awhile to connect to the phone call which is a negative aspect of the headset.
Summary: I would recommend this ear piece to others. For the most part i do not have any complaints. Previously had the h700. Would purchase another one in the future.

Strengths: This is the best flip bluetooth yet
Weaknesses: none
Summary: Got 2 of these 6 months ago, had owned the h500 and h700 models before. This looks like the h700, but battery life is fantastic, I can go all week and not charge it, never could do that with the h700.

I thought the h700 was great, only weak battery, so this is even better, I am so spoiled now I hate to talk on the phone without it.

My wife has a honda del sol and I can even hear her when she has the top down. I don't know why anyone would have a cell phone and not have one of these.

Word of caution, bought one for my brother from amazon, since pricegrabber will not ship to another address. It was DOA, checked around and found on newegg, appears to be a bad batch of these out there.

Strengths: comfortable, good sound quality, video instructions on HandBookLive.com (under Electronis category) - shows how to use buttons/functions, and pair the headset to the phone (Nokia and Motorola phones)
Weaknesses: haven't discovered any yet
Summary: Video instructions on HandBookLive.com are very helpful to see the steps you need to take if you don't know how to pair the headset to the phone, as well as how to use all the buttons, especially if you lost your manual.

Sound is very good. Almost feels like the sound is better when talking on the headset than talking on the phone. Could be an illusion, but it is more comfortable than talking into the phone.

Never owned a bluetooth headset before, so hard to compare.

Make sure your phone has a voice name feature, so you can use a voice command to dial using the headset. We switched to a newer phone to get this feature. It will work without it, but then you have to dial the number on the phone itslef if you want to make an outgoing call.
