Strengths: I can use them for longer (no need to change them while on a day trip, or while working). They are cleaner--no urine wicks up a cord like when I use a tampon. I can have \\\
Weaknesses: OK, so it is messy to change them. Practice does help. The box instructions does suggest that you initially try using them after your heavy days are over. Once you are used to them, it is easier.
Summary: I discovered these shortly before getting married. As a virgin, I was very excited about my honeymoon, and opposed to using birth control pills to control my cycle. I also was charting my cycle, and realized my period was due near my wedding. I was right--about 45 minute before I walked down the aisle in white, I got my period. I was SO GLAD I had found Insteads and learned how to use them. (And so is my husband!)
