Summary: I received my watch as a Christmas gift in 2008 and I've been handicapped because it didn't have directions for setting programs in the box so I have to go to a jeweler and read one from their unsold stock on premises. This is inconvenient but you learn to use the watch one program at a time anyway. I have been unable to find a source for an owner's manual. It is an important tool for living with the watch so don't loose it.
