Strengths: Clear Lcd, USB input, Divx, SD slot, Sound
Weaknesses: Small LCD, slow response
Summary: I just ordered this because my old portable DVD player was broken.
The main reason I chose this is that it has a divx function. It's very good. I just insert my divx media, and then it read without any problem. Sometimes I use other media, such as usb and sd card, copied from my pc. The most strength of this player is that it has those input slots. I can just use my 2gb usb stick to see what I want, and delete. I don't have to waste my dvd or cd media. LCD and sound qualities are much better than my old one.
It comes with case.
This few things I'm not satisfied are the LCD size and slower response time. LCD size does not matter for me because it's my choice. If I pay more cost, I can buy larger one. But I'm wondering if COBY has larger lcd screen with same spec. When I insert a media, I have to wait little longer than my old player. But so far, there is no error while reading a media. I can just wait few seconds without any problem.
Overall, this is good choice.
