 Bought on 4/13, took it back for exchange on 4/16, ... Strengths: nice looks, quite operation, easy to set-up
Weaknesses: cheap plastic flip-down covers over optical drive bays
Summary: Bought on 4/13, took it back for exchange on 4/16, took that one back for refund on 4/20. Really liked it, just wish it had worked right - kept crashing, freezing, restarting for no reason. Extremely long hold times waiting for support and no one knew what to do - talked to seven diff techs. Very disappointed w/ back to back lemons. Bought a Sony because I wanted a really good computer that I could walk in & buy & not have to update/upgrade for a long time. Sure didn't get it - not even for $1800!!!
