Strengths: fits snugly; nice toe cap support
Weaknesses: straps' plastic *looks* a little flimsy
Summary: I upgraded from a pair of old Burton step-in bindings. These Mission binding fits very snugly with my Burton Moto boots. I feel little (if any) wiggle room when compared with my old bindings/boots setup, and therefore a more reponsive control on the board. The toe cap is a plus, too. My toes feel "hugged" by it.

The straps's plastic *looks* a little flimsy when compared with the big cushioning on the straps, but only time will tell how they hold up. Also, if you let the top strap flap around when you are carrying the board, the metal release/clutch can actualy bang into the board, likely to leave some small scratches on a shiny board.
