Strengths: Smooth, non-irritating shave; best I've ever experienced. Super convenient cleaning and charging system.
Weaknesses: Replacement cleaning fluid is a bit expensive.
Summary: This model shaver is the best I've ever owned. I have a heavy beard growth, but the 7680, with its various trimmer settings, handles it with ease, even after not shaving for a couple of days. Shaver settings allow a user to pick best option for individual needs. The shaver provides a clean, smooth shave without irritating my skin. Cleaning and recharging unit is very convenient. LCD provides battery status and various maintenance messages. This is a great shaver. Though the cleaning fluid refills are a bit pricey, that's the only thing I find as a minor drawback. Regardless, I'd not hesitate to buy this shaver again.

Strengths: Self-cleaning capability. Close, comfortable shave.
Weaknesses: Poor availability of replacement fluid cartridges.
Summary: I've used foil shavers before, but for the last 15 to 20 years I've used rotary heads. After allowing the necessary few weeks to become accustomed to the change, I would rate this foil shaver to give an equivalently close shave to my previous Phillips/Norelco, although perhaps with a slightly longer shaving time. Slightly easier to shave beneath the nose. The Braun's much-publicized "4-way moving head" may be more flexible than other foil heads, but it's not any advance for rotary "floating head" users. "Smart Logic" also seems a little oversold. The one big advantage of this shaver, to my mind, is the self-cleaning feature, which appears to work well and is less burdensome for those like me for whom (say) weekly manual razor cleaning is a chore. Manufacturer recommends using the clean function after every use, but every three or four uses seems to be fine. [Note: $140 price at local BJ's Wholesale Club was cheaper than any price on PriceGrabber.]

Strengths: Bought it for my hbrither, after only 2 days , he thinks its the best razor he has ever used.
Weaknesses: NA
Summary: It is user friendly, and easy to clean, travels well, my brother, uses it in the truck before jobs. It is a time saver, and shaves closer than the past three razors he has owned

Strengths: Cool, James Bond type of razor
Weaknesses: Everything
Summary: This razor has a high maintainance cost. It uses a cleaning solution that cost $11 dollars for a pack of two. Is it really smart??? I don't think so... I have to tell it when to charge, it doesn't charge itself like advertise. It doesn't shave as well as my old 60 dollars norelco razor which i had for two years before it died on me.
