Strengths: Slim and lightweight; battery strength; cool
Weaknesses: No keyguard to prevent accidental brushes; call quality could be improved
Summary: The BT3030 does a solid job at wirelessly handling calls and music, and also commands a respectable asking price. It has tactile and easy-to-use controls. We especially like that it has a 3.5-mm headset jack so you can use it with any headphones. Its affordable and music quality was decent.

2 Star ReviewJabra BT 3030 Review
Strengths: battery strength, ease of use, look durable
Weaknesses: back lighting problem on some unit, input delay
Summary: I got this stereo bluetooth head set intially from newegg.com as bulk item, as it turn out this unit have blue back lighting on the button for which you can see at night does not turn off and drain battery. Since i got this from newegg.com for $30, I can't complain, chuck it to the trash! Then I went Fry's and got it for $75 and it worked as supposed. there is a significant delay when user push button for and input, ie volume. It could be better if the ear piece integrated into the neck chain. or the stereo output be ontop so other straight plug ear piece like sony can be use.

Strengths: Uncomplicated, works without problems.
Weaknesses: Some dropouts occur when charge diminishes on battery.
Summary: Have been using this for about 6 days now without any major problems. I paired up the Jabra BT3030 with my MAC MINI and also my Insignia Pilot 8gb MP3 player. Initial connections with both devices was strait forward without a glitch. Successive hook ups require you to turn on the BT3030 and hold the "on" push button for about 5 seconds until the JABRA blue light comes on. You then turn on the other bluetooth device (Insignia Pilot or MAC MINI) and this device will now recognize the BT3030. When both units are connected, the blue JABRA light now starts flash with a reddish color. The audio quality is very good, almost like you have the ear buds directly connected to the device your listening to. I really enjoy using the Jabra BT3030.
