Clarion DB355MP In Dash CD/MP3 Player

Excellent value for MP3/CD Player

Strengths: Good sound and low price for MP3/CD with Remote. Unit feels very solid.

Weaknesses: I think it needs sometime to break in to reach optimal sound. Display is hard to read in daylight.

Summary: Can't be more satisfied with this unit. First time I have a Clarion products. Low price, lots of features and good sound. Display hard to read during daytime, but it is not too bright during nighttime which is good. Highly recommended.

Nice procduct.

Strengths: Play MP3 very well . Some product decode MP3 very bad

Weaknesses: LCD is not clear in dalylight.

Summary: I ord this item because its mp3 compitable.I give up the AUX input because sometime AUX input have very weak volume.you have to turn the volume louder.

So, it is excellent product for mp3 replay at this price.

Clarion DB355MP, Nice deck or what!!!

Strengths: MP3 support, power and price

Weaknesses: The display is dim in daylight.

Summary: I ordered this deck on Friday and installed it on Monday. It had bolt holes on the side just like the factory unit so it fit perfectly. The unit has loads of power and has 1 set of pre-outs. The MP3s don’t skip during regular driving and the radio is good. All in all I am amazed at the unit for the price. Way to go Clarion

Excellent CD/MP3 player at a reasonable price.

Strengths: Excellent sound quality. Simple user interface. Reads all kinds of CD-R/RW media.

Weaknesses: Remote has a very narrow angle. Display hard to read in direct sunlight.

Summary: 2006-02-15 14:47:57 I changed the factory stereo in my Toyota Camry with this in-dash CD/MP3 player and have been amazed by the listening experience ever since. I have been using this unit for more than 8 months and have not had any issues with it at all. The sound quality is awesome. The controls are small but simple. The remote is nice, but only works in a very narrow angle. I am no audiophile but I am really impressed with the quality of sound this affordable unit puts out, and would highly recommend this unit.

Quality Product at a Quality price

Strengths: The DB355Mp produces a quality sound even through factory speakers. The remote comes in handy for back seat listeners. Very user friendly, easy to install.

Weaknesses: Buttons are small on unit.

Summary: I search many retailers and got their advise on different brands and price ranges. The DB355Mp in my local market is going for $149.99 but is offered online for only $88.00. If you are looking for a affordable unit with some basic features and new technology, look no further. Clarion is a very good brand and would recommend this unit to anyone looking for quality and affordability.
