Strengths: All the features I wanted and more.
Weaknesses: Phone uses too much battery power, I wish it had a lithium battery instead of nHcd or a faster charging time.
Summary: Speakerphone and mute on handset are features I always wanted. I also use my 2nd handset as a baby monitor sometimes. It has many other features as well. All these features come at the cost of inconvenience as far as needing to constantly charge the battery. Panasonic should have made the charging quicker and/or giver the more powerful lithium batteries like with cellular phones. Panasonic told me the phones use extra power as they get further from the base and when in speaker and booster modes. Another plus (that some phones dont have) is that you can use the base speakerphone and the handset near each other without getting noise feedback (unless you have handset on speakerphone mode). I live in an apartment so I didnt test out its range.
