Strengths: convenient and safe.
Weaknesses: A little noisy.
Summary: I bought this product in the early Dec 2007 and keep using it every day. The kettle boils water in about 5 minutes. The teapot can keep the water hot if you turn on the button on the tray. It is easy to clean as well. A convenient product. Although it is a little noisy when boiling water, it worths the price. As for the rebates, I got them last weekend, exactly three months after I ordered the product. I highly recommend this product and manufacturer.
