Summary: After tiresome!!!!! reviews I was searching for a camera that was 1. 3mp or more 2. under $300 dollars 3. Used SD format 4. The BEST bang for my buck!!!!! And my end result was the Toshiba PDR-3300 or the Kodak DX4330 and my end result was the TOSHIBA. REPLY TO DC RESOURCE POSITIVES: The value s great! I bought 2 packs of 1800 batteries and a 1 hour charger for it too plus a 64 MB card all total I spent $415 dollars at Wal-Mart. I use the manual controls allot and then sometimes the auto as well. I love the remote control to take self portraits plus there is a timer on it 10-2 second count down. Has histogram and good job at reducing red eye. Photo quality gets 3 1/2 stars out of four. (You can take SD to photo center in Wal-Mart, insert card into machine which you can EDIT the photo select sizes and how many to print and BAM you have photos on Fuji Crystal Archive Paper which last 63 years before showing signs of aging!!!!) ABOUT DC RESOURCE NEGATIVES: I never use the movie mode since I have a Mini DV Camcorder which is awesome. I also haven't noticed any blue cast. Not real sure what he means about fuzzy auto focus it does have difficulty in dark on auto focus but nothing that can't be overcome with manual controls or other adjustments. I love the body becuase it is black and the scratches aren't as noticeable so for me that was a real POSITIVE. It doesn't have a AF illum but I never really notice too much. CONCLUSION: BUY!
