Weaknesses: THE SUPPORT PERSONAL AT CUSTOMER AND TECH SUPPORT HAVE BEEN GIVING ME THE RUN-A-ROUND FOR 2 MONTHS NOW.
Summary: ORDERED PRODUCT, PRODUCT DEFECTIVE, CONTACTED TECH. AND CUSTOMER SUPPORT, SENT PRODUCT BACK FOR A NEW ONE. STILL WAITING FOR NEW ONE, EVERYONE I TALKED TO GAVE ME A DIFFERENT STORY ABOUT REPLACEMENT. CONTACTED CEO AND CUSTOMER RELATIONS OFFICER, NO REPLY FROM EITHER ABOUT REPLACEMENT OR BEING GIVEN THE RUN AROUND. ORDERED THE PRODUCT DIRECTLY FROM SONIC BLUE AND ALL CONTACT WAS WITH THEM. STILL NO REPLY FROM THEM NOR A REPLACEMENT PRODUCT AFTER 3 MONTHS. ONCE FINISHED WITH THEM I DOUBT I WILL DEAL WITH THEM AGAIN AND SUGGEST ANYONE ELSE DEAL CAREFULLY WITH THEM. CONTACT BY PHONE, E-MAIL AND FAX SEEM FUTILE AS I HAVE TRIED THEM ALL.
