Weaknesses: Much more "finicky" than others. When used with my Toshiba notebook, image flickered embarrassingly, despite correct computer settings. Cheap, unacceptable cable provided by Sony.
Summary: To get this projector to work properly, I had to replace Sony's cheapo cable with a more substantial, interference resistant cable made by a different manufacturer. You could see the quality difference. I didn't want a Sony replacment cable for this reason. When you pay well over a thousand dollars, the product should be trouble free with quality cables.
