Considerably better than the Plantronics DSP 500 they are replacing (and that is saying something - I loved them). Weaknesses: Bass not quite as good as the Turtle Beach, but they are more than double the price. Summary: Great headset at a great value. I would recommend these to Anyone. (and I already have). Bought at PC Universe - Great price, fast shipping. Have not had to use their customer service, so I cannot comment on that. 0% of People (0/1) found this review helpful. glanglitz Member Since: Nov 2004 View Member's: Reviews Product Experience: 6 Months	Less than adequate Strengths: Comfort, Sound Weaknesses: Cheap Boom Mic Summary: I purchased this HS last year for a combination of gaming and dictation, neither of which has been satisfactory. This being that he boom mic started to ‘droop’ after the first week of use. Now, almost 4 months later, I have to use duct tape to keep it in place. If I don’t, the ratchet mechanism hold nothing and the boom falls to my throat. Not worth $60 IMHO, which is what I paid, and it retails for $100! Was this review helpful or unhelpful for you?
