Strengths: It combines with webcam and microphone. It's so easy to use and install. Picture quality is superb! I love it.
Weaknesses: Like other dell LCDs, this one can only rotate certain degrees.
Summary: Overall, this is a very strong and useful product, easily beating other competitors. The price is affordable. Picture quality is very good. Webcam is alright, but microphone sometimes produces noise. This is a good product, and we really love it.

Strengths: bright, clear, and cheap
Weaknesses: It is a TN panel
Summary: I am very pleased with this LCD monitor. It is very bright and clear enough for me to do all of my work. It is great budget LCD monitor for the total cost of $265 after tax and shipping.

Strengths: * Contrast ratio & Response time
* Webcam/microphone are a plus
Weaknesses: * Height adjuster missing
Summary: * I upgraded from 19" LCD Dell monitor to this 22" monitor. I simply love it.
* I'm a photographer and I need the color calibration to be really precise. This monitor is really good one since it's got 2000:1 contrast ratio. Also the response time is 2ms and it's definitely better than its cousin (5ms, 800:1, 22") monitor.
* It needs a monitor calibrator to get every color in perfect shape (that's the case for every other monitor too).
* Over all I'd say for that price, it's simply a no-brainer. I'll buy it again with a heartbeat!

Strengths: 3 inputs: VGA, DVI, HDMI. 1 audio output. Fast refresh rate. Easy to set up.
Weaknesses: A bit expensive for a 22" widescreen.
Summary: I absolutely love this monitor. It is very easy to set up and provides the exact connections I need. I used DVI input for my PC video card, HDMI input for my PS3. Nice color range and sharp pixels. I am using it for both video games and graphics application so the colors must be absolutely accurate. This Dell monitor also comes with different settings that I can adjust for different uses. A great buy!

Strengths: Clear, bright, great color, webcam included, usb , DVI and HDMI connections , good for watching movies.
Weaknesses: No speakers. NO HDMI cable
Summary: I bought it when it was on sale. It has the webcam and HDMI port, which are the reasons I bought it. It also got great contrast and color. I use it everyday with no problem.

Strengths: Very bright, contrast ratio, integrated webcam and mic, usb ports, HDMI port, 2ms response time
Weaknesses: No adjustable stand
Summary: I have bought with Dell Inspiron 530 and I am very happy with it. It is very bright and I even adjusted to low brightness sometimes. I watch movie and play game both excellent. The only problem is text are really not readable, so if you are thinking to read something I can not recommend it but as I read some people solve this problem with adjusting it. Webcam is awesome and its avatar is unbelievable. Mic is great and webcam has really large view and not grainy like cheap webcams. I rather have adjustable stand on it but it is not a big problem. There is HDMI port for convenience and USB ports are very useful.

Strengths: contrast ratio, response time, webcam & mic, hdmi
Weaknesses: glossy screen
Summary: I purchased this monitor to go along with my new Dell Inspiron 530 and I'm very happy I bought it. Although the glossy screen reflects some light from my window, the screen is bright enough that it doesn't really matter. The screen is beautiful and the webcam and mic sealed the deal for me! On top of that, you get HDMI which works great with my PS3!

Strengths: - Great contract.
- Vivid colors.
- DVI, HDMI and Analog Connectors
- Automatic Standby
- Great warranty.
Weaknesses: - No adjustable stand included, and not even for sale as an accessory!
- Speaker needs to be purchased separately
- Video Camera image quality sub-standard.
Summary: All current operating systems and most video cards allow users to user more than one monitor, yet only a few people have started to adopt that practice. I for once experienced the use of two monitors for the first time at the office, and I loved it. It provides so much flexibility that I decided to look into the possibility of adding an extra monitor to my home desk, in order to complement my 17 inch notebook. When I saw the price on this Dell monitor I couldn't resist, and I bought it right away. I am NOT dissapointed at all. The size is great, the contract is great, and the colors very vivid. The only apects that could be improved are that 1) The built in webcam has sub-standard image quality. Even the built it camera on my HP notebook computer has better image quality. 2) The stand doesn't allow for any movement what-so-ever, and Dell doesn't even offer a different stand as an upgrade or as an accessory. Despite those two shortcommings, this is a great monitor that will NOT dissapoint.

Strengths: 1680 x 1050 support, web cam installed, microphone installed, extra usb ports
Weaknesses: old video drivers and webcam software caused problems
Summary: This is my first flat panel lcd monitor, so I don't have any other monitors to compare this to but so far everything has been good with it. The only problem that I encountered was when I installed the webcam software and used my old video drivers with the monitor.
Old video drivers:
I have an ATI Radeon mobility x300 with this monitor and the latest drivers that dell supported were not compatible with this monitor. I kept getting these weird black lines whenever I would try to scroll very quickly in microsoft word or my text editor. So I had to download the hacked drivers for my video card (the latest ones which dell didnt support) which didnt check to see if my computer supported it.
Webcam software:
The webcam software that I installed messed my computer up big time. It kept running some kind of program in the background named "signal" and kept defocussing all my windows. To the point that when I was playing games it kept minimizing my game. Anyways I dont recommend installing the software. I recommend just using the web cam without the software.

Strengths: Great display quality
Weaknesses: cannot adjust height
Summary: I bought dell SP2208WFP with 530 insipron desktop and this is a wonderful LCD monitor. The display quality is the best I have seen with clear text and beautiful color. The built in webcam and usb ports are very convenient and you don't even need to install the drivers. It even comes with HDMI port so I may connect other device to it in the future such as sony PS and HD dvd player. Overall this is a great product from Dell.
