Summary: I love this laptop! The only problem I had was if I turned my printer off the laptop would reset itself. It turned out to be an elecrtical problem (that's what happens when you live in a 40 year old dorm). A simple re-arrangementof the plugs and I have never had a problem again. The Tech support is very helpful! Great computer!
