Strengths: VERY EASY TO OPERRATE, REMOTE, VERY UNDERSTANDING
Weaknesses: LIGHT IS BRIGHT AT NIGHT
Summary: HAVE THIS UNIT IN 3 VEHICLES, ALL WITH XM RADIO. IN OUR NEW TRUCK WE ONLY CHANGED DECK AND ADDED XM. IT HAD A PREMIUM SOUND PACKAGE FROM THE FACTORY. JUST CHANGING THE HEAD UNIT CHANGE THE SYSTEM 400%, THIS IS GOOD UNIT. I HAVE HAD SONY, NOCKOMISHE?, AND OTHER HIGH DOLLAR UNITS, THIS ONE IS BUY FOR THE BEST BUY FOR THE MONEY. IF YOU ARE STARTING YOUR SOUND SYSTEM, THIS IS A GOOD UNIT TO START WITH 60W x4, YOU WILL IMPROVE WHAT YOU HAVE AND STILL CAN ADD LATER. YOU WILL SAVE BUYING ON-LINE, DEALERS ARE GETTING 400.00 DOLLARS FOR THIS UNIT. I'M HARD TO IMPRESS, THIS ONE DID IT.

Strengths: nice color
Weaknesses: difficult to change settings
Summary: I recently bought a vehicle with this system in it already and I am SUPER disappointed. the cd doesnt even Eject half the time and without a manual it is So difficult to change the audio set-up! I am about to buy a new CD player for my explorer because the radio sounds TERRIBLE thru this system... unfortunately this is my first experience with alpine and after it- i can say it will be my last!
