Strengths: Challenging; Realistic; A variety of environments and levels
Weaknesses: No life pickups; the only cheat that works on XP is to open all levels; enemies are very accurate even on easy difficulty
Summary: IGI-2 Covert Strike is a realistic and challenging 3D stealth game. What makes it realistic is that each level requires you to complete the mission on only one life with no life pickups.
What makes it challenging is that your enemies are very accurate even on easy difficulty. Although you can finish each level without being rated, there are some levels in which you are timed and absolutely MUST finish the level in the alloted time. If you wish to be rated, you are rated on accuracy, mission time, life left at the end of the mission.
One of the weaknesses(?) of this game is that the only cheat which works (at least on XP) is opening all the levels (which means that you have to be honest without cheating (-;
Since I never play multiplayer mode I cannot speak on that. However, overall I would give this game very high marks. It is fun and challenging and makes you curse a lot (LOL).
