Strengths: Good for the price including rebates, quality is above par for a wireless web cam running at 54mb wireless, Video is smooth while plugged into a lan running at 100mb, motion sensor, email notification Weaknesses: Bulky it'll be hard to hide this camera if used as a spy cam, motion sensor is not the best Summary: Great webcam for the $$$ got a $30 rebate I've submitted and picked it up for $180 shipped, it does all it states on the box but the motion sensor is a bit weak. Lots of functions including internet monitoring, email notification, Give it a whirl you'll be happy. There are other webcams that can pan all around a room for about $100 bucks more but then again it's alot bulkier and very difficult to hide. Weaknesses: Nightmare to configure on WAN. Summary: Camera was purchased for internet broadcast, but have been unable to open up router for viewing. Weaknesses: No zoom capabilities. Remote Access software included with camera only allows up to four cameras Summary: We set up a home monitoring system for our new nanny and paid about $129.00 for each camera. N/A Member Since: Product Experience: 2 Years	Being nice by saying it works Strengths: Wireless works. Streaming to server sorta works. Weaknesses: Does not retry after losing connection to server. Video and audio are out of sync on recorded avi's. Buggy firmware. Summary: I bought this camera to record some in-home activity and record to a network share. If the file-share server goes down (reboots) the camera doesn't try to reconnect and no more recording. Latest firmware (1.08) seems to lock up the camera after a few days. The audio and video on recorded segments is desperately out of sync. I've tried WPM, winamp and mplayer. Looking to buy a new camera... Was this review helpful or unhelpful for you? Able to access remotely also. Feature rich for the price (although basic) but reliability is lacking. Need to reset every so often when camera locks up or no video.
