Weaknesses: Rush to repair problems with firmware dead wrong. Summary: Nothing like having families over to watch a Blu-Ray or HD-DVD movie only to have it totally blast the surround sound system as it hunts for DTS. Tech support and two firmware updates didn't fix problem. I immediately yanked it off the shelf and replaced it with our Sony Bd 300 blu-ray player. It worked!! Sorry Samsung I waited three months for this player,not worth it. Magazine writeups were good and bad but you didn't listen to them. 67% of People (2/3) found this review helpful.
