 worked great for a while Strengths: Simple, not much to put together. Relies on tension/spring type device to move to where it is wanted. So you have to over move to get the desired location, not the best design.
Weaknesses: As above and mine went limp after 1 year, for over $100 and a ten year warranty I expected more. I have yet to be contacted by the company (called, emailed and will write) about a replacement.
Summary: They have a new/looks improved version on the website (doesn't look like this picture) same model number. I would NOT buy this again, better designs and companies out there. As with most items you get what you pay for, quality vs. price.
