Strengths: Thinner and shorter than most other USB 2.0 PC Cards

Summary: I think the rating factor should be based on how thin and low-profile the card is. I'm tired of seeing all these huge 4 port behemoths or a excessively large 2 port card. Why can't manufacturers cut the visuals and go toward the pragmatic side?
It's difficult when somebody owns a laptop with only 2 cardbus slots and the pc card that is inserted is so large that it blocks the other one. I know it is possible that you can fit a "Type I-like" card in the bottom pcmcia slot with an black extension cable that connects and diverts the ports onto the end of this cable rather than mounted on the carf; and any Type II (bulky or not) on the top slot, but it is difficult to find such products (especially the bottom slot card) that will allow this type of configuration where you can be using 2 simultaneous pc cards.
