Strengths: Can not hear it outside the car it just blends into the system filling in all the lows. This was exactly what I wanted.
Weaknesses: Would not fit under my seat! Low powered its only 64w RMS (120 peak) If you want to rattle windows look for somthing else.
Summary: It sounds great w/ classic rock. Newer stuff has too much bass in it and it peaks. Took about 2 hours to install and 1/2 hour to fine tune. RCA hookups are a must. Using the speaker wire setup gives some distortion.

Strengths: Nice clean sounding lows
Weaknesses: Not so great on hard hitting bass
Summary: These things are great. I put two in my Tacoma pickup, one under each seat, and I was very pleased. Not only was I able to add good sounding bass to my truck, I did so without having to sacrifice any space. They aren't going to wake up the neighbors but they definitely fillout the bass to any system just using door or dash speakers. Great Product!

Strengths: under the seat installation, adds missing bass to factory units.no big box for wife to complain about....
Weaknesses: fine for adults..not enough umph for 17 year olds.can't be heard 1/4 mile away
Summary: for normal people who want the missing bass that road noise drowns out, that don't want a big box in the back seat this is perfect.

Strengths: size ease of use
Weaknesses: NA
Summary: For a small car, the perfect choice if you are looking for a subwoofer that doesn't rattle the neighbors.

Fits in tight places, doesn't need a lot a breathing room and will provide good base for good sound quality.

Strengths: Affordable. Easy installation. Space efficient (3"x8"x13"). Gives factory systems alot of added thump for a good price.
Weaknesses: NA
Summary: If thump is lacking in your factory system, and if lack of interior space and price are key factors in purchasing an amplified subthumper, the Clarion SRV303 is the answer. Small enough to fit in several configurations and places in most cars. Amazing subthump for such a small box. Perfect solution if you drive a 1993-2002 GM Camaro or Firebird---fits easily in the driver's side rear cubby hole.

If you want teenager-pleasing, knock-the-doors-off subthump, get something else. But if you want to improved the factory system markedly and not pay big bucks, this is the answer!

Strengths: Compactness, price, performance
Weaknesses: NA
Summary: Ideal for 2+2 cars where space is at a premium. Installed under the seat of a 1986 Ferrari Mondial Cabriolet to add missing low frequencies. My only other option would have been to mount a sub in the trunk (muffles and muddies the base) or install a box in the rear seats, thus preventing more than 2 people from riding. If you have a 911, Miata, S2000 and the like and don't need to set off any Richter scales while driving down the block, this is for you. (Tired yet of all the wisecracks in these reviews against boys and their cars that go "boom?")
