Strengths: State of the art performance
Weaknesses: None, unless you need a floppy drive.
Summary: Install process was smooth, and the board has been working great. I'm not an overclocker, so no experience there. It lacks a connector for a floppy drive, which you don't need UNLESS your drives are RAIDed and you need to install Windows XP. WXP requires a floppy drive to install '3rd party or SCSI' drivers (press F6) during installation of the OS. I'm running Vista, which doesn't have this limitation (nor did I even need to load drivers to use RAID10, apparently Vista already had them).

Strengths: Easy install, highest performance out there for not any more money than competitors.
Weaknesses: No floppy; No ps/2
Summary: This was a no-brainer when mwave offered the discount. Nothing compares, and it isn't any more expensive than asus, which I was using before. Kind of annoying that the floppy connector is gone. I never use one anymore, but I feel more secure having one in case I have to go in and repair the o/s. Also annoying is the dissappearance of ps/2 ports. I know usb is better, but I was really attached to my natural keyboard, and I don't like the current, usb version as much. I haven't played with the bios yet, but it is wonderful that Intel has broken down and allowed for the possibility of overclocking. I don't see any reason to go back to non-intel boards anymore. I've never had any problems with my intel boards, and they are consistently the cleanest to install and maintain/update.

Strengths: Fast Board, 2 x 2.0 PCI Express slots (both x16) and one x16 (x4 electrical) PCI Express Slot. Supports the newest Core 2 chips and also supports crossfire.
Weaknesses: Is shipped with poor BIOS that needs to be upgraded. Upgrading must be done via CD/USB Thumb Drive/In Windows as there is NO FLOPPY CONNECTOR. Only supports DDR3, which is pricier at the moment.
Summary: This board is great. It has more than enough connectors for USB, eSATA, SATA, etc. It supports internal Remote receivers and has a great onboard sound 7.1. As you can see from the "weaknesses", there are certain points of the board that can be a bit annoying, but once those are overcome this will be a solid performer. I don't particularly like the layout of the BIOS, but I suppose I will get used to it. It could use a few more options though

I have not overclocked it yet, so I am not sure of the potential performance.
