Strengths: Looks good.
Weaknesses: Designed by morons.
Summary: Looks good, but installation process was extremely frustrating and Westbrass tech support was not helpful.

The plumbing fitting was designed by morons. First, you can't screw the straight threaded (NPS) fitting into a standard tapered (NPT). It goes one turn and stops. So, I end up re-cutting the threads to NPT threads and that solved that stupidity. The next problem is you're supposed to use a 12.5mm hex key to tighten the fitting. 12.5mm is almost impossible to find. So, I end up making my own hex key by grinding down a 1/2" key.
