Strengths: The computer is fast and intuitive in use. Having two CD drives allows copying on the machine just like a desktop!
Weaknesses: I haven't found any of significance. It is somewhat heavier than average, but the weight reflects capabilities!
Summary: This is a beautiful computer which performs equally beautifully. DVD/ROM drive on the left, and CD/RW drive on the right side. I was going to use it only as a portable, but have found it so fast and powerful that I simply have purchased the (equally beautiful) docking station, and use it as my primary unit. It has everything I need and more: Firewire port, Ethernet, and even a parallel port for my non-USB laser printer! I have owned five laptop/notebook computers in the past and this one outclasses 'em all, and not by just a nose. If you get it, I warrant you'll like it!

Strengths: Excellent speed, enought for everything, long battery life, and 30GB of memory is wonderful.
Weaknesses: I don't have any weaknes, only if you need to carry it alot, really alot, then there is weakness because it's heavy, but otherwise none.
Summary: I bought this laptop about 3 month ago at DVTronics, and I am really happy with this laptop. Don't buy it in compdirect because I needed to cancel my order from there, they say it's new, and they send a refurbrished, and don't take it back, so anyway this laptop is the best one I ever used. It hav 2 cd-rom drives, and 16 mb of memory wich is very good for games. I can burn CDs in as little as in 25 minutes and battery life for 2.5hr, with perfect screen is enough. (after 2.5 hours the screen goes a little dark, but you can still work on it.) And DVD plays so clear, much better then SONY, or DELL. The price isn't that high either. It looks very pretty, and it's very convenuent. I recommend you to buy ir.

Strengths: Excellent speed. Nice screen size. Mouse touch pad works reliably. Battery life is just over 3 hours. The swappable drive bay works well.
Weaknesses: Heavy. Rear cover over ports is flimsy and will probably fall off soon.
Summary: I am very impressed with this computer! I particulary enjoy being able to swap the CD burner out for the A-drive and vice-versa in less than 30 seconds without shutting down. I can run two programs off of CD's and access floppy disk info without breaking stride.

I am consistently getting just over three hours off the main battery (haven't tried adding the second battery in the swap bay).

There are only two negatives that I have found so far. This is a pretty heavy unit for toting back and forth to work every day. And the port cover on the back of the computer has a cheap, plastic-crease hinge that will inevitably split and break off.
