Strengths: Easy to use, adjustable seat base width
Weaknesses: Fabric is somewhat rough, seat is discontinued so you'll be buying an older product
Summary: It's hard to pass up a Britax quality booster seat (this is a revamped StarRiser Comfy from what I can tell), at clearance FisherPrice pricing. This seat is easy to install, instructions are clear and it adjusts well to get the right fit. The back height adjusts so the seat belt is in the perfect position, and the seat base width adjusts which is especially helpful if you're trying to fit the seat in narrow spaces or have a tiny hiney kiddo. Be forewarned that FP has discontinued this seat, so if you're buying now you will be getting an older product. Mine was manufacted 20 months ago, so it has lost nearly a third of its usable life already. That works for me, based on price and our expected use, but may be a deciding factor for some.
