Strengths: Fairly easy set-up, good quality printing, great combination of functions for the money
Weaknesses: Slightly slower than expected; fragile feel; pricy ink cartridges
Summary: We are a small, home-based business, and were looking for an all-in-one that specifically provided fax capabilities, full-duplex speakerphone, along with standard print, copy, scan. The product is small and lightweight, which is good for our limited space, but the machine feels a little fragile - only time will tell after frequent use if the parts will hold up. The machine was easy to set-up, including the wireless network features. The large LCD and panel make it easy to use the machine. The scanning and printing is quiet, though a little slower than I would have thought. For the money, hands down this machine has the greatest set of features. The auto-feed tray, though small (10 pages) is a nice convenience. For those with a home-based business who will end up using the product for personal use as well, it's a great deal -- printing 4x6 photos through the independent photo paper tray avoids the paper back-n-forth switching, which is a real time saver.

Strengths: Multi-function, easy to set up. Wireless is convenient. Aftermarket ink carts make this a decent cost to print performer.
Weaknesses: Jams can be hard to clear.
Summary: I didn't know what to expect when I purchased this unit. I was looking for a machine that would give me reasonable prints at a decent cost. I have achieved this using aftermarket ink carts. Coming from a mono laser unit, ink jets don't quite give the best quality prints, but I did gain color and other functions like the scanner and paper handler. These functions add a lot of value. I wish it was a little easier to clear paper jams. One jam caused the machine to be unusable unit I finally found the pieces of paper under the print head. Once cleared, it was back up and running. Regarding the software, I found it quite usable. It allows for custom scanning settings which can make things easier if you tend to scan with particular settings. Also, I like the fact that it has a cordless phone attached to the unit. Overall, I really like this machine and would highly recommend it for those that are looking for a printer, scanner and fax/phone combo.
