Strengths: Lots of inputs, analog t0 1080p upconversion, LPCM decoding, phono input (go vinyl!) Faroudja processing
Weaknesses: only 2 HDMI inputs, funky remote (trap door? both sides? mechanical switches? come on Denon!) no zone 2 remote
Summary: I am looking forward to giving it a full workout but it has everything I need and then some. It works well with my Denon DVD player. Analog upconversion was a must because of my VCR. I don't have space for lots of cables so running one HDMI helps a lot. I plan on getting a Harmony at some point so the remote isn't a big deal to me. The audio quality is great - Better than Yamaha to me. Lots of power - it will go well with my Infinity Primus setup. I haven't used it much but like I said I'm fired up about doing some serious listening and watching.
