 Big F'in Disappoimtment Strengths: wish I had the chance to find out
Weaknesses: won't install w/ protools 7.3 on a high end computer
Summary: BFD doesn't work( at least not with DD 003/7.3 on a soup'd dual core) In fact, I don't think it even exists. It wouldn't surprise me that many if not the majority of 'posters' at Fxpansion's boards are but figments of the moderators imaginations. I am for the most part (though my ex's might disagree) reasonably patient, intelligent and diligent. And yes, I got the updates, yes to the data path, yes to CPU capacity, yes...yes...yes and yes again. Can't do no more baby. Me and my OCD'ed/can't stand to lose/don't know when to stop ego went the distance. I spent almost as much time trying to install this crap as studying for the bar exam. You think I'm kidding? Kidding NOT. This 'dog'....don't hunt. And just because you're seeing it for sale on a major retailer's site...and here's the hard lesson.... doesn't mean it will work. Sure happy I didn't open the Jazz/Funk extension. That'll be going back. Easily one of the more frustrating and befuddling purchase experiences....... I'd strongly advise staying away.
