1 Star ReviewDynamic Contract Issues
Strengths: Price : Bought on offer in local electrical outlet for £799. They since increased to £999. Looks : Nice set to look at!!!
Weaknesses: Issues with Dynamic Contrast, set went brighter in dark scenes, and darker in light scenes. (From what I understand of Dynamic Contrast this is opposite to the way it should work)
Summary: Contacted Philips they said it is a feature of the set and it is not possible to turn off!!!! Had a visit from 2 engineers who confirmed this!!!! Also a senior by phone!!!!

I have owned a 37" Philips LCD for 3 years with no problems and thought i'd stick with the brand name and upgrade.

I've Since returned to store and now looking for another brand of TV.
