 I only have issues with EXP's tech support. I did ... Strengths: Uses PCMCIA. 8x burn without the need of an external AC adapter.
Weaknesses: Tech support and Tech support's website.
Summary: I only have issues with EXP's tech support. I did not have a floppy drive in my laptop, and the product box only came with drivers on floppy. I emailed tech support to tell me where to download the Win 2000 drivers for the CRW-880P or just email them to me, because I couldn't find them on the website (that also needs serious revamping). Support came back to me with an email full of irrelevant questions like "What card do you have?", "What computer is it?" and "CDROM or DVD ROM?" It seems like even EXP's tech support is clueless about the products it supports. The last time I checked, the CRW-880P was just a CD-RW using PCMCIA connection. I ended up taking the floppy to work and emailing myself the drivers.
